Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and procedures for the delivery of fresh hydroponic produce ordered through tgsegypt.farm. Our goal is to deliver our premium produce to you in the freshest condition possible.

Delivery Areas
  1. We currently deliver to select areas within Egypt.

  2. To check if we deliver to your area, please enter your address or postal code in the delivery check tool on our website before placing an order.

  3. We are continuously expanding our delivery network. If we do not currently deliver to your area, please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your location.

Delivery Times
  1. We offer delivery during the following time slots:

    • Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    • Afternoon: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

    • Evening: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

  2. You can select your preferred delivery time slot during checkout.

  3. While we strive to deliver within your chosen time slot, please note that external factors such as traffic conditions may occasionally affect delivery times.

Delivery Timeframe
  1. Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  2. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered within 2 business days.

  3. We do not process or deliver orders on Egyptian national holidays.

Shipping Fees
  1. A shipping fee of 100 LE applies to all orders below 1000 LE.

  2. Orders of 1000 LE or more qualify for free delivery to eligible areas.

  3. We reserve the right to modify our shipping fees at any time without prior notice.

Order Tracking
  1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with delivery details.

  2. For select delivery areas, we offer real-time tracking. A tracking link will be provided in your dispatch confirmation if available.

  3. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery Procedures
  1. Our delivery personnel will attempt to hand your order directly to you or your designated recipient.

  2. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our delivery personnel will contact you using the phone number provided.

  3. You may provide special delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., "leave with doorman," "call upon arrival").

  4. For security and quality assurance purposes, we may require a signature upon delivery.

Failed Deliveries
  1. If we are unable to complete your delivery due to no one being available to receive the order, and we cannot reach you by phone, we will:

    • Attempt to follow any special delivery instructions you provided

    • If no instructions were provided or they cannot be followed, we may return the order to our facility

  2. For failed deliveries where the customer was unavailable:

    • We may attempt a second delivery on the next business day

    • Additional delivery charges may apply for second delivery attempts

    • Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders not delivered after a second attempt may be canceled with a partial refund (excluding delivery charges and a restocking fee)

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
  1. We take great care in packaging and handling your produce to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

  2. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

    • Take photos of the damaged/incorrect items

    • Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery

    • Retain all packaging until the issue is resolved

  3. Refer to our Refund Policy for further details on how we handle damaged or incorrect deliveries.

Product Handling
  1. Our hydroponic produce is carefully harvested, packed, and transported in temperature-controlled conditions to maintain freshness.

  2. Upon delivery, we recommend:

    • Inspecting your products immediately

    • Refrigerating most items promptly

    • Following the storage instructions provided with your delivery

Packaging
  1. We use environmentally friendly packaging materials whenever possible.

  2. Our packaging is designed to protect the freshness and quality of your produce during transportation.

  3. We kindly request customers to recycle packaging materials where facilities are available.
