All Products displayed on our Website are subject to availability.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, and descriptions of our Products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of any Product will be accurate or identical to the actual Product delivered.
We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

Orders & Pricing

All prices shown on our Website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include all applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
By placing an Order, you are making an offer to purchase Products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your Order for any reason.
An Order is only confirmed and a binding contract is formed when we send you a confirmation email.

Payment

We accept payment through the methods specified on our Website.
All payments must be made in full before delivery of the Products.
In the event of payment failure or decline, we reserve the right to cancel your Order.

Delivery

We deliver Products only within Egypt.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated timeframes.
Risk of loss and damage to Products passes to you upon delivery.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect information.

Quality Assurance

All our hydroponic produce is grown in controlled environments and undergoes quality checks before dispatch.
Given the perishable nature of our Products, we advise customers to inspect all Products immediately upon receipt and store them appropriately according to the instructions provided.
